Ora B. Frank former Minisink Cadet Corp Parent and mother to the Chief Executive Officer was very instrumental in the start of the Wilbert E. Burgie Cadet Corps.  Ms. Frank introduces us to all the important people of Co-Co City in order to start the cadet corps.  Ms. Frank was not able to see the success of her work because less than 24 hours after the start of the Wilbert E. Burgie Cadet Corps Ora Bell Frank fell ill and never recovered. At her memorial service the Wilbert E. Burgie Cadet Corps paid tribute by naming our first company of the WEBCC "Ora Company".  She has a long lasting memory in Co-Op City and will always be remembered and loved by the Wilbert E. Burgie Cadet Corps.
